Graduated with honours in Economic and Social Disciplines at Luigi Bocconi University in Milan in 1999, to complete her training Alessandra Stea attended the JP Morgan Chase Manhattan Bank Financial Analyst training course in New York.

Since then, she has been working as Financial Analyst and Investment Manager in the Italian Private Equity market and she is Director at Private Equity Partners S.p.A., specialized in mid-corporate M&A deals.

During her activity, he gained considerable competence in extraordinary corporate transactions, financial structuring of leveraged buy out and expansion financing deals, the reorganization and development of investee companies and capital markets operations. In particular, she gained her professional experience in the management of the closed-ended funds JP Morgan Italian Fund III and Private Equity Partners Fund IV.
